Please note that the organizing committee may recommend your presentation a different session or theme from the one you originally selected.

Presentation proposals will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and only selected applicants will be invited to give their presentations. Those selected will be individually notified of the detailed presentation preparation procedure from conference@iwpg.org. The result will be notified sequentially, and the schedule may change depending on the event program or other preparation procedures.

The presentation duration and format may be adjusted according to the final conference program.

Selected speakers will be required to submit their presentation materials by the designated deadline.
