1. Consent on the provision and utilization of personal information

IWPG collects and utilizes the following personal information for the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

For participant identification and operations of the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition

Data to be collected

Name, age, gender, phone number, address, school, and other information required for the competition

The period of retaining and utilization personal information

The data will be retained and utilized for the preparation, operation, and subsequent related activities of the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition.

The personal data will not be used for any purpose other than the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition.

Other details on the protection of personal information will follow IWPG’s Personal Information Policy. Please refer to the Personal Information Protection Policy available on the IWPG website (https://www.iwpg.org.).

2. Consent on photo shooting/filming and utilization of footage

I agree to the photographing and filming of the participants and their activities during the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition hosted by IWPG and to the use of such materials by IWPG for official purposes.

(Examples of usage: promotional materials on social media, press releases, and printed publications)

3.Legal guardian’s consent on the participation of minors

In the case of a student under 14 years of age, participation in the 7th International Loving-Peace Art Competition hosted by IWPG requires the consent of a legal guardian (legal representative).

As the legal representative of the participant/child, I confirm and consent to the participation of the minor and the above terms.
