Our peace education aims to help women around the world cultivate a spirit of peace, strengthen their capacity, and take meaningful action for peace.
Through this education, women come to understand why unity among all women is essential—not only for global peace, but also for personal happiness. They gain clarity on their roles and responsibilities in building a peaceful world.
Each year, women from many countries participate in IWPG’s peace education programs. Distinguished individuals committed to planting the seeds of peace are also being trained and certified as peace lecturers.
Seed of Peace: Introductory Peace Education
As an introductory course in peace education, participants are gently introduced to the concept of peace through a variety of experiential activities.
Flower of Peace: Peace Citizen Training Program
This is the foundational course in peace education, designed to cultivate peace citizens who can begin taking small, meaningful actions for peace within their own spheres of life.
Fruit of Peace: Peace Lecturer Training Program
As an advanced course in peace education, this program trains and certifies lecturers who are qualified to deliver peace education in their respective countries.
Graduates of this program are emerging as women leaders who inspire others by instilling the spirit of peace in communities around the world.
Since 2018, a total of 1,598 participants from 74 countries have completed this training.
Tree of Peace: Peace Leadership Education
This is an advanced peace education course designed for women in leadership and influential positions within society.
