Legal mechanisms to end war this is what the world needs now.

IWPG, in solidarity with global citizens, supports the enactment of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) and its adoption as a UN resolution. Among its articles, we place particular emphasis on the critical significance of Article 10, Paragraph 38.

DPCW

Article 10, Paragraph 38 of the DPCW proposes the legalization of war prevention by urging all nations to resolve disputes through peaceful means rather than by force. It calls for the establishment of binding legal mechanisms to ensure non-violent conflict resolution.

This article is not merely a declaration it presents a concrete roadmap within the framework of international law to fundamentally block the outbreak of war and realize sustainable peace. It serves as a foundational step toward protecting women, children, and future generations.

IWPG, in solidarity with women around the world, is actively expanding international support and civic campaigns for the adoption of Article 10, Paragraph 38 of the DPCW as a UN resolution.
