1. Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information(Required)

IWPG collects and uses personal information as follows.

Processing speaker applications for the Global Women’s Peace Forum and verifying identity

Reviewing and notifying panel selection results

Notifying important event-related information and managing operations

Publishing speaker information in event materials

Basic Information: Name, nationality, country of residence, affiliated organization, position, email

IWPG membership status, IWPG event attendance history

Presentation Information: Preferred presentation topic, presentation title, abstract (up to 500 characters)

Reason for application, CV, profile photo

Retained for 1 year from the event end date, then promptly destroyed

Destruction method: Electronic files are permanently deleted in an irrecoverable manner

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information.

However, as this is a required item for the speaker application, refusal of consent will restrict your ability to apply as a speaker

※ If selected as a panelist, your name, affiliation, position, photo, and presentation title may be published in event materials and on the website.

2. Consent to Submission and Use of Presentation Materials(Required)

Applicants are requested to review and consent to the following.

Presentation materials (PPT, etc.), presentation script, CV, profile photo

Speaker application deadline: July 3(Fri), 2026 23:59 (KST)

Pre-submission of presentation materials (PPT, etc.): To be announced separately before the event

Panel selection review and preliminary screening

Interpretation and preparation of event operation materials

Publishing speaker’s information (name, affiliation, photo, presentation title) in event materials

「 Global Women’s Peace Forum for [ Region ] 2026」 report (subject to individual confirmation)

Copyright of all submitted materials remains with the speaker.

Individual confirmation will be obtained prior to inclusion in the report.

Panel selection results will be individually notified after the application deadline.

You have the right to refuse this consent.

However, if you do not consent to the submission of presentation materials, your speaker application will be restricted.

3. Consent to Online Event Participation and Recording/Documentation(Required)

This forum will be held online (via a video conferencing platform). Your consent to the following is requested to ensure smooth operation and proper documentation.

Presentation sessions and panel discussions may be recorded in their entirety.

Presentation content may be used for event documentation and report preparation.

Preservation of event records and internal operational review

「 Global Women’s Peace Recommendations 2026(가제) 」used as foundational data for report preparation

Posted on IWPG’s official website and SNS channels (edited versions only)

Production and distribution of newsletters and promotional materials, media coverage, and promotion of non-profit peace activities

You have the right to refuse this consent.

However, due to the nature of online events, some recording during presentation sessions may be unavoidable.

Refusal of consent may restrict your event registration.

4. Consent to Receive Promotional and Newsletter Information(Optional)

IWPG regular newsletters, peace activity updates, and campaign announcements

Information on upcoming events (via email)

Email address, name

Until withdrawal of consent or termination of service

Consent to receive promotional information is optional. Declining will not affect your speaker application or event participation.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of received emails. Requests will be processed immediately.
