- Artwork must comply with the specified paper size.
- After registration, attach the provided sticker to the upper right corner on the back of the artwork, then fill in the participant information and artwork title before submission.
- Only original works will be accepted. (Scanned copies will NOT be accepted.)
- Any work found to be plagiarized or imitative will be disqualified.
